Poorly executed control of the Black Friday people waiting for limited consoles. Myself and 3 others arrived 12+ hrs in advanced. Told we couldn’t be on the property and to park across the street. Told to return no sooner than 3. Then ANOTHER security guard tells us 4. We originally were by the doors ready to go. We go to check at 3:30 because people are lining up at the doors. Kenwood Towne center refuses to close during this time of crisis putting the workers in the community in danger because they care more about profits. Do the right thing and close the mall!
Improve your security and let consumers know if there has been safety issues so they can be more aware and. careful!! They will feel more comfortable shopping there if they know you are on top of the situation. In addition these low life dangerous people would be less likely to frequent the mall if they know your are informing your customers of possible dangers from them and are being proactive. Thank you.

Read on the news about two teens from Kentucky driving all the way to the Apple Store (18 yrs old & 16 yrs old) arrested and in jail for not knowing there is a mall curfew during the holidays, and teens not allowed at the mall. If teens are behaving well, why have a curfew? Isn’t this a free country? Shouldn’t American Citizens of 18 and 16 years of age be able to hang out in any shopping malls in this free country?
