Won't be coming back unless local, hardworking family businesses are supported. Hats n more is needed and I'm disappointed in Kenwood and Lids.
Hats N More is a small family owned company that treated their customers just as that, like family. Weren’t just customer to them. When they found out a close friend of mine died they reached out to help me with a memorial project to help remember him by. Most big corporations would just ignore the smaller man reaching out at low times for help but companies like Hats N More responded back and was willing to do anything to make sure I could make the memorial project become reality. Champs, finish line, footlocker.. all shoe stores in your guys mall... not evicting any of them.. I think it’s very unAmerican what you are trying to do to hats and more. EXTREMELY disappointed in this mall. They DO NOT support local businesses... I will not be going there again.
You need more than one person working the Easter bunny pictures. One should be taking pictures and the other checking people out. Also, make sure the person taking pictures knows what they are doing especially with small children. Very disappointed.
New this place already was shit with crap parking, and overpriced stores but bullying a small I Business is just embarrassing. Fuck this place and it's overpriced hat chain. Go elseware.
