We requested to do maintenance for our apartment to fix a handle and maintenance guy came and he took away the handle to hang the bathroom towel and he poured cement in the empty space and told us that it is fixed. Plus since one month I have the lease and there is no mail box for our apartment.
Worst experience. Never rent with this company. Worst maintenance . No snow removal
I wont even give them a star if possible as these people are one of the worst rental management company which don’t provide a good service neither good property and there prices are really high for the service and the property provided they don’t clean the snow in winter times the people living here have to dig put their cars by themselves and there are lots of pothole in the whole parking which damages the car from the bottom neither do they fix and of the entrance doors as they’re broken all the times they just hiked up th... read more
Renters beware! This place is a nightmare. They will charge you outrageous fines even if you have given proper notice. They absolutely refuse to let you transfer the rent and will deny any request you make without any explanation. The area is deplorable, resembling a slum with trash and filth everywhere. The management is utterly incompetent and indifferent to the tenants' needs. Maintenance is practically non-existent, and the place is infested with bugs and covered in stains.
