Had booked a viewing to rent here last week. Spoke with someone on the phone and got email confirmation as well. I get there and let them know I was there. I spent over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to the door to let me in. While I was waiting to be let in the building I couldn’t help but notice how dumpy this place looks. Not perfect maintanance and property manager not follow up the complain solve and not solve complain.
We requested to do maintenance for our apartment to fix a handle and maintenance guy came and he took away the handle to hang the bathroom towel and he poured cement in the empty space and told us that it is fixed. Plus since one month I have the lease and there is no mail box for our apartment.
Worst experience. Never rent with this company. Worst maintenance . No snow removal
