I have benefits that are in-network. I selected them because I got work completed next door. I confirmed the price of the work and was quoted a much lower price. I didn't ask for paperwork. Should have, but didn't. Got a call that an appointment opened up. Someone cancelled this appointment. After the work was completed, I received a bill that was three times the price of the work. Really, really frustrating office. I’ve been trying to get a copy of my records for almost a month. I’ve been promised them by dates that pass and then they rarely answer when called + voicemail box is full. And there’s no email for them. The team is nice but this is a massive problem.
