Awful. Tried to charge my partner for a service after offering it but didn’t think it made sense to explain that they would charge before hand. Dirty and unprofessional environment with rude staff. After I explained that it makes no sense not to explain you would charge for a service that you offered on your own the management informed me “that’s how we do business here”. Do not recommend
RecommendedWe love Dr. Paulsen and his pragmatic, down-to-earth approach to animal care. The office is in an old house rather than a new, state-of-the-art facility, but we've been to one of those, and we will stay with Kenwood. You won't be surprised with hidden costs and fees for unnecessary procedures at Kenwood. Other vets have an arsenal of ways to make veterinary care more expensive for the pet owner. Friendly staff Quick in and out!
We have had nothing but great care from this vet clinic!
Very reasonable prices on vaccinations and check-ups, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they will refer to another clinic if your dog needs xrays or other diagnostics
Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful - we had no problems there. It's a smaller clinic, so its not a bunch of pets/people in there waiting - smaller, friendlier place.
Stop declawing cats. It's inhumane and barbaric. The shelters are full of dumped declawed cats. The people that love their couch so much they will have their cat's toe ends removed, don't like the cat peeing on the couch or biting which is two behaviors declawed cats pick up. Stop the insanity.
