We love Keanuenue Pediatrics! They have flexible hours, excellent communication and the friendliest staff. We especially love our Physician Assistant, Mackenzie! She is knowledgeable, compassionate with a vibrant personality. We take comfort as first time parents knowing she is caring for our child. She has also made it a point to check in on us as the parents which we couldn’t appreciate more. I’d recommend her and the practice to anyone!
We absolutely love Dr. Waipa and the entire Keanuenue Pedatrics staff! Amazing, fun, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable professionals that will treat you like ‘ohana. Great experience this morning getting my kid's checkup with Dr. Waipa! She's so knowledgeable and friendly, and she answered all my kid's questions. Her staff is cheerful and efficient, great with kids. My kid told her MA, "thank you for being so quick with my vaccines" and told me it hardly hurt at all. She was so glad to be protected from scary diseases by the quick little poke.
We used to love this place so much but quality has decreased over the years. The pediatricians here also keep leaving and we kept having to have new ones assigned to our kid, so there is no continuous care throughout child’s development with one pediatrician unless you are assigned Dr Waipa. The communication with them used to be stellar but now it takes so long to respond and sometimes no response at all. I saw a response from this business to low rated reviews like “aw bummer. I have been taking my daughter to Keānuenue Pediatrics since she was a newborn and am so grateful to be in such great hands! Everyone is friendly, supportive and knowledgeable and we always feel so well taken care of!
