The service rating for this company would be less than 0 from my experience. It started out good but it seems once Primo took over, it went to the toilet. The cost went up and the services went down. My latest bill exceeds forty dollars for 3 bottles of water which took over a month to receive. They want to place blame on the bad weather, covid and cargo ships being detained.
