Crystal Springs bought out our local water delivery company. Since the time they took over, our water was delivered at the end of the driveway with the trash. After several calls and very long periods on hold I spoke with a representative that was going to contact a route manager and have them contact me. After not hearing from the manager and several more complaint calls, I advised that if by the end of the week I did not get a call that the service would be terminated. Ds Services water company (crystal Springs water) is a joke of a company who do not care for you as a customer at all. I have never been treated so poorly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! The BBB is a horrible entity as well who just takes bribe money from company's now to give high ratings. Tell me how a horrible company like DS Services of America or Crystal Springs water get an A+ rating when there at 95% negative customer complaints. Never in my life have I EVER dealt with such incompetence. I truly feel as if I'm being scammed. You know the saying "If someone shows your who they are believe them." Its so true. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I also have been promised pickup of my equipment and DS Services has failed 4 times to show up. I am at the point where I want to drop off my equipment to get the water cooler and 9 empty bottles out of my house. Customer server won't give me the address to drop it off. they keep telling me "sorry" and that I am on the schedule. But they never show up!!! It has been frustrating dealing with DS Water Services. I enrolled into their water services through the Costco with the understanding that Costco vets their vendors for Quality and Customer Service. However, this has not been the case and after reading some of the complaints on this site, it is appalling that Costco continues to use them to lure customers into unfulfilled promises. We have a business account and DS Services has been price gouging us for years. We order over 20 bottles monthly. They promise a price guarantee for one year but never follow through. When our water person came to drop off they even told us that DS doesn't care and never follows through on what they say. Good afternoon: On previous occasions I've contacted Crystal Springs Water in reference to our account #*************** in reference to the bills. We cancel our service as of September 30, 2016. On our 9/15/2016 bill (see attached) we were given a credit in the amount of $73.72, leaving our account with a credit balance of $2.67.
