RecommendedI want to thank the incredible staff of the Emergency Department today. Their level of compassion and patience is undeniably excellent and the facilities attentiveness to the patient was phenomenal. I’m comforted to know that this level of care is right here at home in London.

RecommendedI have worked here for the last 6 years. I really love the people that I work with and this is not limited to my department. It is a smaller hospital which means that we know one another on a personal basis and let me assure you that these people are wonderful. This is the place that I hope to be for many years. It is also a place that I feel comfortable bringing my own family. Saint Joseph Berea is a large happy family. I hope you love it as much as I do!

I had blood work done that I was charged $500 dollars for and never received a phone call. I asked to have any information sent to me via the phone because I do not own a computer. I called 6 times over the course of 2 days and was told they would call when the results came in. It’s been three months and I’m still waiting on that call. Now I go to get a prescription refill and the operator told me it would be sent to my nearest Bartells. It’s been another two days and nobody seems to know why it hasn’t been filled yet. Inefficiency at it's best here. Confirmed my infusion appt the day prior to my visit, so the medication would be mixed upon arrival. I'm now waiting a hour and twenty plus to start what should be a 30 minute treatment. This is not the 1st time this has been an issue. clocks still ticking. This is poor patient care. If one doesn't already feel terrible about sitting in the oncology area, waiting for additional time and getting frustrated is the worse thing to make patients happier.
