4 hours in ER waiting room and still not been taken back to a room. Still waiting while the nurse keeps coming out for a roll call to see who is still here
My grandmother had a hip replacement surgery there and the Dr was great and very informative about everything he would do and did do for her. And as for the nurses and CNA's on the 5th floor I have no words to describe how great they were they took wonderful care of my grandmother and me also as I stayed with my grandmother for 3 days. If I needed something and they could get it for me without getting in trouble they got it they are just amazing. They have a hard job dealing with everyone and they make it look easy. I took my daughter there yesterday. She was immediately taken back. all the rooms were full so they put is in the trauma room.The Dr came in pretty soon. They did several blood tests and got the vomiting stopped pretty quick.She has Type 1 diabetes and they thought she was going in to DKA..They admitted her but head to wait for a room to be cleaned. The only thing that bothers me is she's still not getting all her meds. she has to take heart meds and other but they're only giving her a few of what she needs.Dr hadn't been in... read more

My mom and I took my dad there yesterday for low heart rate. We were there five minutes and were seen soon after check in. The nurses surrounded my dad to check him and get him comfortable. The doctor came in to check on him and decided on emergency heart surgery to place a pacemaker. The doctor and nurses explained the procedure and told us they'd make sure my dad would be ok. The staff was amazing with my little girl, who is severely autistic. She had a buckle fracture. Dr. Heath and Nurse JJ were god sent to her. They were very patient with her and us as well. I went to the orthopedist already knowing exactly what was needed. Thank you guys so much.
