Worst hospital I’ve ever seen in my life. My Bowles erupted unknowingly couldn’t walk they sent me home with “gas pains” and gave me Pepcid luckily I went straight to central baptist and I am still able to be here. My soon is terribly sick right now he’s running a fever and broke out all over and they gave him Tylenol and sent him bike without a diagnosis. Horrible hospital. All they do is misdiagnose people. When the insurance doesn't pay their half they want to send you to collections. They want you to pay for treatment that you never received. They do not do correct diagnostic testing instead guess whats wrong which they are always wrong. Horrible.
The doctors & staff at this location are amazing. They are also extremely knowledgeable & kind. My son had a bicycle accident & his arm was pretty banged up. They got him right in, had a x-ray done in no time! I was very impressed! We was in & out!! I was very pleased with the treatment we received.
I went there not even asking a for anny prescription pain pills yet they treated me like a junkie they were very rude to me very disrespectful and then the nurse went on the tell me about how her family had a past with herion addiction and just assumed I fit the profile, very disrespectful!!!
Everyone there from the front desk to the nurses and doctors are great.
They suck! Told me since I already signed on the dotted line, and passed a certain door that I was going to be billed anyway. I had told them I didn't realize it was an ER and I didn't need immediate assistance. So I was charged 1366.00 for a sprained ankle. $250 I paid up front, and my insurance paid oner $600 which was allowable for our state. Now, they have put me in collections. The doctor and nurses were great with my daughter, who was very scared. They took the time to answer all of her never ending questions :)
I took my daughter here last night. We arrived at seven thirty it took until after midnight for a diagnosis. I told the nurse when we taken back to a room it was probably a uti they gave her a cup to pee in it wasn't until eleven did they give her water to even try to go. She had told them I try and it hurts nothing comes out she had a fever. Not given anything for it also had thrown up all over the room.
