It’s great people are really nice
I left this office because of the individuals answering the phones and at that time several receptionist that was working there. My daughter just experienced the same smirky rude attitude 3 out of 4 calls made to that office today. It costs Nothing to be Kind. I've worked Customer Service for years and won several awards for being kind. Maybe start treating people how you would want to be treated.
