One of the worst experiences at KentuckyOne Health Primary Care Associates 175 S. English Station Rd., Ste. 226. Louisville, KY 40245. The front office staff lacked empathy and rude. When requesting to speak with the office manager she was unavailable to speak with and the staff stated there were not allowed to provide me with her contact number voicemail or here email. This is such a warm and special place. The nurses are super, knowledgeable and caring. They are taking such good care of my mother at each and every appointment.
I come here for my chemo and Louise is great very special person.
DR MCKEE ROCKS!!!!!!!! The staff has been so kind to me, it brought me to tears. I couldn't ask for better treatment :)
Check in was great. But, I was concerned that the Dr. and nurse that was assisting on a procedure didn't understand one another. You shouldn't let the patients hear when your having a disagreement on a procedure and stating that the other Drs. I've worked with don't use this amount of medications are you positive this is what you want Dr. It sure didn't make me feel very confident or in what my outcome would be. Beautiful modern facility, still not fully populated so it's not busy, free easy parking, everything is well coordinated, and the staff is courteous and professional. I live in 40223 and after undergoing 2 years of surgeries and treatments at ULH and James Graham Brown downtown, it's a night-and-day difference. I'm so fortunate to have access to Jewish Northeast for my infusion therapy.
Amazing place!! From the front desk girl all the way up to the dr, they are so friendly & kind! Hardly any wait time...Dr. Khuda Khan (son) is a wonderful oncologist/hematologist. He has been absolutely wonderful to my husband. The rest of the staff is great also, would recommend this place & dr to anyone!!
