I loved the hospital stay very quite and relaxing. My nurse Debbi on the 5th floor heart unit was outstanding. I'll never forget her. She talked me through everything she did with and for me. Thank you Kentucky One Health. You're the greatest
My husband is currently staying here. And communication is not their strong point. A transporter came in to take him to Ultra Sound and we didnt even know that he was scheduled to go to US. Maybe it would have been nice to be informed before we find out from a transporter.
Has changed in last 10 years Registration personnel is very rude and disrespectful to patients and their families...
Horrible discrimination against recovering addicts including patient profiling denial of care discrimination and dignity issues
The staff was very pleasant during my time there. From the ER to the nuclear lab(stress test) to the observation room. They never kept me in the dark.�
