They are the best nurses and doctors you could ask for they are the top always perlite and all ways wanting to do something for you
The doctors at the hospital proper are top-notch, but the emergency room is the worst i have ever experienced. We arrived here 15 hours ago after my son had a small stroke. We are still waiting in an emergency room for him to be transferred to a regular floor. The nurse assigned to him this shift has only been in to check on him three times in the last six hours. I shudder too think what could happen to someone how arrives without an advocate. We will continue to wait however, since this is the hospital his cardiologist, who... read more
I have only the highest of praise for the hospital and staff. Stellar facility!
This place is the worst!!! No kind of customer service or patient caring. Not sure how you get away with charging people the prices you do with tha crappy service!!!! Fucking ridiculous
The cafeteria needs a lot of work. People just don't go their to eat. The people that eat their have love ones in the hospital, and are really not in the mood to wait in line at the grill for 25 min and then wait to check out. My mother in law has been in the transplant ICU for almost 32 days, and we have been up their 30 of those days. Eating both lunch and dinner at this hospital is not a pleasant experience. Lately we have been going across the street to Norton and it is much better.
