A big thanks to the staff at Flaget ER. Tonight was one of the best ER visits we've had. Yes, unfortunately the past few yeasts we've had more than one would expect.
So far so good. Nurses very friendly & professional. Physical Therapy group nice,friendly & professional. Didn't like my first 48 hours here, they would not give me the insulin amount that I've been taking for years so my sugar stayed very high. Finally listen to me. Gave me correct amount, everything fine. I'm on skilled Nursing unit because of an amputated part of foot with diabetes. Would definitely recommend over any other rehab in Bardstown.
The ER doctor that seen me was AMAZING! She cought a blood clot in my leg. She was going to send me home with meds but something told her to check my lungs. With NO symptoms She cought several smaller clots that had broken off the larger one and had made it to both lungs. My nurse John was AWESOME as Well. Made sure I had what I needed. Was very attentive, caring and truly concerned. For an ER trip, it was the best I have ever had. Thank you Flaget for hirering such caring people.
Great customer service, prompt, professional. And friendly everything you need at an ER. I live in Fort Knox and will drive all the way here to this ER instead of Hardin Memorial because of the horrible service I got there a week ago! Def worth the drive and I was in and out in 2 hours max verses 5 hours and not even being seen by a dr at HMH.
Came their it was crazy packed like always took my son their they gavehim a xray while we were sent back to the lobby waited 45 mins than was sent to a room waited another 30 mins and left with a ace bandage on his wrist nothing was broken
Highly recommended. Very professional and super friendly staff. Very clean and organized facility.
