This institution is horrible. I bring a child in with a gushing head wound needing staples and you make him sit for almost 3 hours. I have never in my life been so mistreated by a hospital. You decide to see a child with a dislocated shoulder instead of the head wound. Tell me how much sense that makes. I will never waste my time of day going here. God forbid that he was in serious need. This could have caused an infection with a wound sitting open like that.
