In 1 year I put over 10k in repairs on unit. In first 30 days I had sent my receipts. Luke didn't try to honor the 30 day warranty at all. I even just asked if I could receive some knives.. no help there.. the machine is also faulty as the governor is not operational. Beware, not like he's gunna ram a log in it for you. Morbark 2400xl.
Do not buy from this guy...he's is a liar and a scammer which we have to sue to get our money back for a machine that had a hands free money back 30 day warranty...3 days after buying tried to return due to needing 7k in work...said he would work it out and then didn't fallow through...this guy throws together junk and asks more than top dollar lies on receipts which he sends after you leave electronically...beware do not buy from this co
