I recently had varicose veins and a blood clot removed. Dr. Simons and his staff took exceptional care of me. He conducted a thorough assessment, explained my options, and educated me at every step of the process. They provided me with a cell phone number to reach them directly if I had any issues after my procedure. Everyone was kind, friendly, and competent. I highly recommend their services.
Avoid seeing Dr. Simons at Kentucky Vein Care. Horrible bedside manner. This man should not be a doctor. He's very demeaning, rude, and unprofessional.
Terrible bedside manner. I left crying. I have never felt so humiliated in my life. He stated, “Kentuckians don’t know portion control and they're all obese.” I was 30 years old sure I am over weight but I do watch what I eat or I would be way more over weight. He doesn’t know my daily intake or anyone else’s and he for sure isn’t getting my business. Terrible y’all terrible.
Horrible surgical experience there, do not see Dr Simons! He needs to lose his medical license with his outdated medical treatment, refusal to discuss treatment plan, and lack of care for patients. He's very demeaning, rude, and unprofessional. Go to Lex Vein Institute instead. Much better experience there.
