This is the trashy group of storage units. Terrible customer service. I rented a unit and was given a key code to open a lock to a gate to get in. Key code doesnt work and if its after four your just screwed. No emergency or after hours help available. Save your money. There are cheaper places in town that are in better condition with better service.
I had some trouble getting started but it ended up okay. Im thankful for helpful customer service on a sunday.
I would NEVER recommend this place it's the worst place for a storage and the price is ridiculous!! Just think they are making around 6-8k a month on one location and yet they cannot afford to upgrade these things or at least clean them up and repaint them! So much dust and dirt gets in the storage. It is pathetic. I don't even think it's worth $50 a month and they want to charge $100 a month! The amount of dust I had to clean off of my friends stuff was horrible from being in their storage. It just looks like it is very ghe... read more

I highly recommend Kentucky Street storage there at a cheap price , They’re big units, The staff is very respectful and Always helpful!!!
