We are so pleased with our counter tops from KY Solid Surface! It is true that from concept to completion, we got top-notch service and professionalism. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience or the final product. We highly recommend them for professionalism, quality, and cost, over the big box stores.
Went in there twice within a month. Had drawings picked a possible stone. The woman never once called to answer questions about cutting project out of one slab, ( which was possible but I think they wanted me to buy two slabs). or scheduling, or to possibly pick another stone from a supplier. Ball was in your court! Zero communication!!! Project was completed with one slab! Slightly smaller than the one you had. It’s called mathematical thinking! Somebody skipped basic geometry class.
From start to finish they were amazing. Very professional!!
