Receptionist staff was very unhelpful, had to wait to talk to anyone because they were all talking amongst themselves, and the obese blonde lady the last seemed to be in charge was rude.
Reception staff is rude and barely there. Trying to get communication with anyone for after care surgery follow up was a pain . Surgery itself was great no troubles there. Hire a staff willing to provide at least decent customer service and physically be In the office!
