🚨BEWARE🚨 Worst title company ever. Didn’t even run title work before the facilitated a sale. They sold a property with multiple liens on it. Title company user title work from many months prior and didn’t do they cut corners to save money but they ended up selling a property with a clouded title. Realtors, First time home buyers and investors, do yourself a favor and work with an attorney to save money and make sure things are done correctly Don’t work with this company if you want things done correctly and legally
We chose Kentucky Mountain Land Title at a recommendation of our realtor. It was literally the worst experience we have ever had. One year later after purchasing our house, we learned our title was wrong since the previous owners recieved a tax bill for the property. We had to submit a claim with the title insurance just to get it corrected. After a horrible experience getting it fixed, we listed the property to sell the next year. THEY ASKING ME TO PUT DOWN THIS REVIEW OR THEIR ATTORNEY WILL SUE ME. PLEASE FIND OTHER COMPANY THAT HONOR YOUR BUSINESS. Their team is very rude & not friendly. Our property caught fire, he was at burnt unit hospital. Doing closing with this non human company. We were asking ACH so we can get our money fast to buy medical supplies, dog foods and room for temporary. I send them an email for bank wire. Kelsey and team were very professional, kind and helpful in handling the sale of our property to an out of state buyer. The communication was quick and helpful and their expertise took a lot of stress out of a process. I would highly recommend Ky Mt. Land Title company as an independent agent for any title or closing needs.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY MESSED UP MY DEED AND REFUSE TO FIX WHAT THEY MESSED UP! THEY ARE DISHONEST! BE WARNED! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
