The staff is friendly enough but for some reason can’t send in prescription refills properly. I saw them of the 8th of June and a month later still haven’t got all my refills called in, even after contacting them ant letting them know multiple times. It shouldn’t be that hard to get your every day maintenance prescriptions.

Just started seeing ms butler about 4 months ago, she’s great understands and explains everything so that I can understand, I like the facility, haven’t waited longer than 5 minutes each visit, I had been searching around for a PC and so far this is the best in town, the staff and reception is above and beyond what I expected

I have suffered for over 20 years with a spine that has several rods and screws, and now 6 more herniated disc have been found. I have been treated like a second class citizen by literally every so called doctor I have had to suffer, then I meet Radwa Omar and the light of hope came on. If you have never been in my position you wouldn't understand. I was honestly researching assisted suicide as a federal law, like in Canada. Dr.Shelly Butler is amazing, and so caring. She makes you feel so comfortable, and so easy to talk to, and she really listens. She has helped me more than anyone and does not judge. she definitely gets the job done, and cares. I've never had a Dr. treat me like she does and be good to me. I love her so big
