Terrible experience! Looked like one doctor took care of 3 rooms and annoying alarm sounds going on and on more than a hour. No one fixed the alarm sounds. Ridiculous! Had to wait about 2 hours to see a doc. They should NOT take many patients at the same time or 15 minutes intervals.
Every person from check in to checkout was wonderful. They made me feel like they cared that I was there. Dr Evans and staff answered all of my questions and resolved my fears about my upcoming surgery
Patients are massively overbooked, if you have an appointment at 10am,go to Fayette mall for a couple of hours first,you won't miss a thing. Staff at the counter are nice people, they're just placed in a bad situation.
