Love the people. Very nice and very helpful. Dr. Brightwell is a very good Dr.
I have never had a problem with the service. Everyone is nice and professional.
I arrive early for my appt times. I get in a earlier than my schedule appt and they do all the necessary tests and I'm out in a short period of time. I admire their promptness.
I have been going to KEC for 27 years. They have definitely gotten bigger from me starting at Eastern Parkway to Dutchmans Ln but only gotten more advanced. My doctor, Joesph Brightwell is a man of few words but an excellent doctor. I highly recommend this practice and my doctor.
Appt. was at 9:40 got there at 9:25. Left there at 11:30. I think 2 hours is a little excessive. Like most doctors they over book.
I think Kentucky Eye Care has gotten way to big to provide professional and adequate service.. My last appt. for "Floaters" and and eye exam was pretty much a bust.. The woman who did the eye exam seemed frustrated and extremely rushed. I walked out questioning my new prescription. then the Doctor came in and finished up with the exam and filled out the prescription slip, which I took to Vision World.
