I have vision insurance that covers one annual exam. When I went to my appointment I informed them to only perform services covered by my insurance. They kept trying to sale me additional services and I refused. One month later I received a bill for $113.20. Do not go here unless you want to pay for services not covered by insurance.
Went in for a contacts Rx and left with a glasses Rx being told that I would HAVE to come back for a contact “fitting” before being able to obtain a contacts Rx because it’s apparently required by the FDA. So now I have to wait for them to order the 2 contacts they want to “fit” me for, drive back to the office, get them, and then let them know which ones I want so they can order them…??? No phone service - when I press the option for a location the call is disconnected.
GO ANY PLACE ELSE! We were referred. Tried to make appointments twice. Both times, a week after making the online appointment, we get emails telling us that our times are no longer available and that we need to reschedule. We did this once, and they did the same thing again. Plenty of other options! We will not try again and will never utilize this business. Horrible service.
