I came here for a convention. The staff gets 5 stars for being nice and friendly..but the rest of the experience...I won't return. 10$ for everytime I drive my vehicle through the gate?? 15$ a day so I can leave for lunch because I'm not getting ripped off by the extremely high prices on food? And the room temperatures were extremely cold. Security would randomly shut down an entrance and force you to drive the entire loop. If you are a large organization...think twice!

Parking cost is outrageous!! Basketball tournament is awesome but they spread 3 tournaments over the week and charge you outrageous amounts for every tournament. Should have a price for all week with parking and be done with it.

Can you say price gauging!!! 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of gatorade was a total of $8.00... That just blew my mind. Definitely not family friendly cost wise and could use a big upgrade in the bathrooms.

I think I share the same issue as in the rest of the reviews. We were there recently for a 4 day basketball tournament and were charged $10/day to park. My issue is not the fee but the fact this $10 did not provide a parking pass for the day. So if my daughter's games were at 10:00 and 7:00 we had to pay $20 to park for the day! I have been to maybe 60 tournaments between all of my children and in no other facility is this the case. We were recently there for a basketball tournament. These tournaments are not family friendly at all. $20 per adult and $10 for kids 16 and under is ridiculous. Paying to park was another issue. We had a game at 3 and the last one at 830 we couldn’t leave to go and get food elsewhere and was forced to eat the over priced food. We should be able to come in and out after paying or even for a small fee.
