The state fair gets smaller every year probably our last time attending the fair and I haven’t missed a state fair in 48 years

Been attending the 4H Country Ham event for several yrs.Really liked how it was moved to the South Wing this yr...really made traveling inside a lot easier than previous yrs. Fair staff super nice & did a really great job as usual... Only complaint is same as everyone else...lol Food & drink prices are "RIDICULOUSLY"expensive... Makes it hard when your trying to send kids with enough money to last them a couple days. This seemed to be a HOT topic at the dining area from several people we talked to... I loved it! Just the way I remember it.
Was at the NSRH all week. We had a car in the show. The venue it nice. Inside was air conditioned. But beyond that that is all i have nice to say. The restrooms were dirty. Food very over priced. On Friday and Saturday there should of had more seating in the food area. And the price gouging is ridiculous. For a family of 4 with out passes it would of cost them $68 just to walk into the show. Food was so overpriced.. not a family friendly place to go.
