Karen a greeter/door security who worked at the venue all weekend was a life saver for me on the first day! She went above and beyond the call of duty for me that morning. We were lucky enough to be in Freedom Hall all weekend but doubt we would have been as happy of spectators in the exhibition center. Long days for spectators and comfy seating is a requirement or at least notice of bleacher seating so we can bring bag chairs or bleacher chairs. Great experience but we were told we would be refunded half our parking fee if we purchased something at the flea market and that didn’t happen. No one was there to give the refund! Disappointed
