I came to see Dr. Osetinsky because I have had several doctors tell me that I have a inner ear dysfunction. I made an appointment and went in for the appointment. When the nurse came in I explained the problem. The doctor came in, asked me a couple questions and refused to give any diagnosis or suggestion until I would get a hearing test. I asked him several times to give me some sort of guidance and he refused until I would get a hearing test. He said come back after I get the hearing test. Worst doctor and patient care. Had an issue with my RX and insurance covering it. They attempted to get it approved and when it wasn't, sent in another RX for something new. I had a terrible reaction to that and when I asked them if there was another prescription I could try, they sent me to a completely different department via referral and then that department couldn't see me for 6 plus months. Couldn't even be bothered to try an alternative and just decided to try and pawn me off. Great customer care...HAHAHA
Dr. O did a LAUP for snoring. I have cursed him for years since. According to a recent doctor way too much tissue was lasered out especially on the right side! Food gets above my palate all the time. I even blew a blueberry out of my nose recently! I'll regret this choice of doctors for the rest of my life.
