Strait up lied to my face about the cost and played dumb and now billing never answers.
Always nice and helpful. Madeline was fast getting hearing aids fixed today.
Literally just called to ask about how much a routine ear cleaning would cost. I was informed they charge 300.00 for a first time new customer. As if our healthcare cost in the US are not expensive enough already. We have places like this that would think its acceptable to charge a fee that egregious.
