I had 4 different APRN’s quit on me within 1 year. One quit after our first and only session together. What’s worse: the company messed up my finances through their billing practices. Every time I saw them, they charged my card for the full cash pay amount of the visit, instead of billing my insurance first. I complained multiple times, and was told, “We’ll refund your card after the claim is paid.” But it often took over a month to get the money back. Very easy to talk to , good Dr ty
Very easy To schedule appointment and get services set up. A lot easier than trying to do it locally.
I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with KCC. I needed to get in quickly and Maria was able to text me and get me scheduled within a week! I am so thankful that I found them.
