They really care about taking your money. I had technically difficulties one appointment and wasn't able to connect it was marked as a no show I never got my money back, went to dispute it and they were going to turn it into collections if I didn't pay. They said they would give me a curious wave and take it off what I owed but they didn't I went into my claims on my insurance and they didn't deduct anything from what I owed.
