My initial experience with KCC was wonderful, but my provider left the counseling center after only 4 sessions, and I was left without a therapist. KCC made no attempts to get me scheduled with a new therapist. It has been impossible for me to get back into therapy since my therapist has left. I scheduled an appointment and then when I went to join the session, it had disappeared. I can only assume they cancelled my appointment without notifying me. My therapist has helped me tackle the issues I need help with mostly and done it in a way I least expected. I've progressed a lot in the time I've been working with her.
