Extremely rude, not very welcoming from the very first appointment. Even with that being said, I still had my wisdom teeth removed. Before my second visit I was told one thing about health insurance possibly covering part of the procedure over the phone, only to get there and be told that they don't ever bill the health insurance company, was then treated rudely again. Extremely unhappy about how I was treated while at your office today. My advise would talk about your patients in a different area. Don't speak poorly about your patients where it can be overheard especially by that patient. I will seek medical treatment elsewhere.
I am terrified of dental work and they made me feel so comfortable there. Very patient and caring. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Max was amazing and very thorough.
If you need work done this place is the best. dr. Ford was great could not have ask for anyone else. He saved my life! And the staff was great as well they took good care of me.
Just got all four wisdom teeth out today with Dr. Max. It was a last minute surgery but the process went so smoothly and everyone was so kind. So far, recovery has been a breeze! Thank you so much!
