They pick and chose who they apply their policies to, and when you ask for clarification all you get is stuttering nonsense. But FYI, you have to live in Tyler...or 45 minutes away...or within 25 miles. But whatever the rules are, apparently you cannot have a Gilmer address. 🙄

Kent's took advantage of a young lady trying to do rite. My daughter got her car in February of this year and Kent's has had her car in for repairs almost every month for the same thing. She made her payments when she was supposed to. When the car broke down while out of town they changed her a $600.00 tow fee plus another repair fee for what was supposed to be fixed the first time. So today I convinced her to just give the car back and be done. Now she is in her room crying because she feels like they took advantage off her... read more
