Dr. Came in the room didn't introduce himself and I had to ask who he was. He seemed very knowledgeable, but not very approachable
I have seen Dr Horacek many years ago and find him kinda d very clear and informative which is why I came to see him again.
All was dealt with professional and expiedently.
