2/5- Update: Attached the manager's first response after i posted this review as well as my conversation with Diane! I'm writing this after a lot of hesitation, because this experience wasn't frustrating in a petty way...it was genuinely disheartening and deeply disrespectful. I've been to this salon five times. This is my go to nail shop. Service is ALWAYS professional and timely. Made my appointment and my nail tech was even able to accommodate a last minute change in date and time. I always go here, honestly the only place I trust with my nails (Dip and gel services every time). (Update) I am so grateful for this nail salon, I came in feeling a little ‘meh’, I must admit I am always happy with my nails. But today words can’t express how my experience made my day. PLUS my nails look soooooo amazing!!!

I’ve been coming to this place for a little over a year, and if I could, I would give it more than 5 stars. The service is excellent; the place is spacious, clean, and very relaxing. The man at the front desk is always friendly, asks if you’re satisfied, and offers a complimentary drink. On one occasion, my son came with me to the salon (he’s a very calm child). First, this nail bar is REALLY a nail BAR!!! My spouse and I get a monthly gel mani, pedi and brow threading done for about $112 per person, which is a fair price. And, our mani and pedi still look decent after a month. Everyone is always greeted at the reception area. Once you are seated, the technician asks if you would like wine or a mimosa. I have been seeing Yen since 2023. She takes care of everything I need and always has the best advice for looking and feeling better. She is prompt, exacting, and I always feel great after an appointment with her!
