RecommendedThis is my first apartment and I love it! The staff is so friendly. My friend and I split the rent and it comes to around $350 for each of us! One bill a month and it is SO much better than a dorm. The PARTA bus comes around every 20 minutes to campus. The occasional work orders were filled within a day or two. An introvert's dream. I'm really glad we chose Kent Village, no complaints here!
I have lived here a few months now and I could not imagine living anywhere else! It is affordable, pretty close to campus, and all the utilities are included in the rent! The staff is really nice and I plan to stay here for the rest of college!
Kent Village Apartments has been my home for almost three years now. I have enjoyed living here. I'm looking forward to spending the next few years here as I work on completing my Master's degree and possibly a PhD.
I have lived here for over a year and can not imagine living anywhere else. I live in a one bedroom, and it's the perfect size for one person. The staff at KVA is always extremely friendly and accommodating. I have already planned on staying here for another year because I like it so much. If you're interested in a friendly and quiet environment, this is the place for you.
I haven't had any problems so far. Everyone I've meet is really friendly and I love my little studio!
