These guys have always done a bang up job for us. I can't say enough good things about them.
$170 for first hour than 90$ per hour without even know what’s wrong with cooler wow than I hang up the phone please be careful don’t give them your credit card number hopefully they will learn humanity and stop using scams
Switched to Kent based for our commissary a couple months ago and really happy with the response time, quality of work, and friendliness of the technicians so far!

Hate leaving a bad review on another business but I feel like I was taken advantage of in this situation. Trust is created over years and lost in an instant. Called for service on a mini-split inside unit which was leaking water. Tech was advised to check filters and drain line could be blocked. DID NOT CLEAR DRAIN LINE. Instead provided an vague "Low Pressures" on system leading to an $800 bill. Removed Freon, added back new Freon? seriously. Recommended a pressure test and potentially a new system?
