I do not own a car from here. I am not even in the same state. For the last several years, this dealership has been incorrectly emailing me for a different client. I gave asked REPEATEDLY for them to contact that client and correct their records. They have not. I will leave reviews until someone fixes this. It has been long enough. Doesn't Mr Marshell wonder where his emails are??? Yet again, you're emailing the wrong address. It's been YEARS! DO BETTER!
Super friendly staff, always on time. Quick in and out and upfront about services and cost before they perform services. 1 million times better than other Lincoln dealerships in the area!!

I have a defective navigation system that has been worked on multiple times and not been fixed. Kent Parsons has failed to followup with Lincoln Tech side to get the unit replaced. The service manager and sales person have failed to return my calls. I spoke with Lincoln who informs it is up to the dealer to initiate the contact with Lincoln Tech. I cannot recommend Kent Parsons to anyone.
Parsons Lincoln is a top notch professional auto dealership. Can't say enough about our experience. Highly recommend buying your next vehicle from Parsons!
