Made an appointment for noon. I arrived at 11:40am. I was told the work would take 1.5-2 hours. since I had never been inside before it was recommended that I could go sit in an area where there was sofas an a TV. I sat and waited in this filthy outdated and unkept showroom area. Three hours had passed with no phone call ,Nobody letting me know that the truck was ready. Would love to give at least an average review but the only group that answers the phone is sales and that gentleman was so kind. He walked my info back to service and nothing - second time in a week. I had to call the national Lincoln helpline to get an appointment to get my car serviced and I needed to call service back but no one answers the phone.

The worst place ever to buy a car there customer service is very lacking they would rather watch a mom and young child walk around parking in freezing temps to find there vehicle then to not be able to get out because of snow. Also owned veh less than 30 days already in shop.
