I've had my plug-in "serviced" here and I'm pretty sure they can't spell battery. When I took my F150 Lightning in for a seat belt issue and a Ford CSP, they did the work but the communications were terrible. For example, no one called to tell me they would be keeping my vehicle overnight. I had an 8 am appointment and they didn't get around to even pulling the vehicle into the sop until 2pm. This service department is top notch! They treat your vehicle like it was their own. Carefully examine and addressing any issues known or unknown. The service advisors are very professional as well. Fortunate to have this level of service so close to home. They represent their brand very well!
