I was approved then denied after I tried to transfer application to another property. The front desk lady Jennifer than brung up my credit was lower in reality I had to dispute things off my credit and she used an old credit report when I first applied against me after I told her that wasn’t my recent credit report all she had to see ohh my bad. I will be filing a report on better business bureau as well I felt like I was discriminated against.
Ken is a very kind and respectful person.
Couldn't ask for better help, made getting a home earlier than asking my wife what's for dinner! I enjoy the staff and hopefully many years of hard work will pay off for both of us.
