Since I move into our my home I love it and if you have any problems they will come and fix it the maintenance man is excellent the people in the office are great and polite and friendly if you are looking for Real estate choose them. Last week, I scheduled a tour with an agent for 4:30 today. I was told she would call to confirm day of. I didn’t hear from her today so I called this morning and again late afternoon to reconfirm. No answer and voice mailbox was full. I arrived at the property and called again. No answer. I noticed the sign had an additional phone # to the one I’d been given, so I called it and my agent answered. I have been reaching out to this property management for years trying to get the owner at 979 olde town court to cut these overgrown vines and trees away from my property to no avail. I have explained to Kent Miller that the trees have encroached onto my property by several feet and all I have gotten over several years are statements that it’s the tenant’s responsibility and when there was no tenant, empty promises that bids were being obtained to get them cut down.
