I had an appointment set up for 930 this morning. I was not notified or informed at all that there was a new guidelines to being even 5mins late to your appointment that it would be canceled. I am pregnant an I already am being affected by covid financially. I had to take off from work to drive an hour from Federalsburg MD to Kent Island Pediatric Dentistry for not 1 but 2 children who both needed follow up visits. Thank you so much for making a very stressful visit for my little autistic child the best you could!! I didn’t get the name of the hygienist but she was amazing with Amelia!! I was about in tears and she was so sweet and nice!!! The dentist was also amazing!! I can’t say how much I appreciate y’all! My little special girl can be very overwhelmed with noises, mask, gloves and different tones of voices... Everyone of y’all were amazing! Thank you!! See you in 6 months!
Every visit we've had (this was our 3rd) has been great but today clinched it! Our son is autistic and any doctor appointment can sometimes be difficult but they have been fantastic with him since day one! Today, knowing his love for numbers, they counted while cleaning. After the 1st visit, they told him his teeth looked "marvelous" & he loved it! They remember and use it every time now! There is so much I could say!
