It seems to be any time I communicate with Suzanne she is very rude it’s one thing to be straight to the point, it’s another to be straight rude, yes I had a 3 hour glucose test (“sit in the waiting room silently”) like I’m a child I left to grab food 10 minutes before my next (LAST) blood draw, came back took my blood so I could then get a quick bite as I have an ultrasound scheduled right after, no I didn’t eat or drink until my last blood draw but she was very rude to the AMAZING Portuguese lady that draws my blood EVERYT... read more
I went to this Kent Lab at 390 Tollgate Rd. recently for the first time, first thing in the morning, for some standard lab work. My doctor saw the results and told me that they missed one, which I've never had happen before at any other lab. The young guy who checked me in and also administered the blood test seemed to spend more time in the back room schmoozing with his co-workers about light bulbs than paying attention to his work. The website states the lab hours. The info is incorrect. Went early Sat morning and to my surprise it was closed.
Went here for a blood test. Incredibly kind, she was a professional. Was in an out in less than a couple of minutes. No pain or re-takes. For those wondering, go to the lower-building, and it's Suite 100.
