I had a couple of medical concerns that needed attention, and I was treated quickly, efficiently, and with great care. The doctors and support staff made me feel welcomed, and they were able to give me some resolution to issues that had been plaguing me for nearly two months. The waiting area is spacious and has plenty of places to plug in and keep busy—but I only had to wait like 20 minutes—soooooo much better than my wait at W&I (which also resulted in zero answers and a missing prescription for antibiotics). I Think the school what are work at safe and and what she could for my life much better of what this emergency hospital did that’s crazy came 15 or 20 minutes late I have an allergy reaction and why they don’t let people to vist at the hospital ??? I've had varying care here over the years but most recently they took pretty good care of me. When South County hospital sent me home to die with a burst appendix I ended up septic at Kent and they saved my life. So I owe them that. Most recently I had an embarrassing procedure done in triage and they treated me pretty well. The girls who triage you and take your vitals can be pretty uncaring and rude but once you see a nurse or doctor they are more caring.
