Monika and Mike are a godsend. You see my father and I are both housebound and he has severe respiratory problems. So when our ac went out, the night before 100 degree indexes, we didn’t know what we were gonna do (because we can’t just go to a hotel). But we called Kent the next morning and Monika sent Mike straight away and got us back in cool air in no time flat. Without them I don’t know what would have happened, and we are forever grateful.
We turned our AC on during the first hot day of the year only to discover it would not blow cool air. I called at 8:10am and spoke to Sarah. She took my information and asked what my concern was. She told me she would have a technician out as quick as she could. At 10:00 am I received a call from Their technician who introduced himself as Kevin who arrived minutes later. I am very happy with the new air conditioner that was recently installed at my home. Alex and Zach did excellent work! It looks and works great! Bob was very helpful and went over everything regarding the new air conditioner and answered all of my questions. Everyone at the office is very nice and quick to respond to any of my questions and let you know in detail with everything that is to be expected. Everyone is very professional and do excellent work. I highly recommend Kent Heating and Air Conditioning.
Our 30 year old furnace finally failed on the coldest day of the year. I contacted Kent at 8am and by 3pm they had installed a new furnace and my house was warm again. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional.
I had to meet with the Service Technician from Kent at my elderly neighbors house for a furnace repair. They had a 10am appointment and the tech showed up 5 or 10 minutes early which is always a good sign when companies keep their appointments on track. The technician himself couldn’t have been nicer and was extremely knowledgeable on everything he explained. It’s great to see a long time local company who still takes pride in their work.
