Our 30 year old furnace finally failed on the coldest day of the year. I contacted Kent at 8am and by 3pm they had installed a new furnace and my house was warm again. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional.
I had to meet with the Service Technician from Kent at my elderly neighbors house for a furnace repair. They had a 10am appointment and the tech showed up 5 or 10 minutes early which is always a good sign when companies keep their appointments on track. The technician himself couldn’t have been nicer and was extremely knowledgeable on everything he explained. It’s great to see a long time local company who still takes pride in their work.
Our furnace went out twice in December during the cold spell so we called Kent Heating to come by to repair and the tech got us going temporarily. We decided to get it replaced and it was done on the 30th of December. They told us that we would be able to get an energy credit if we had it done by the end of the year which we weren’t aware of. We qualified and it’s in the works! They did a spotless replacement and cleaned up afterwards. Thanks Kent for a great job!!
Kent Heating & Air Conditioning recently completed a furnace replacement for my home in Porter. I was very impressed by Don's experience and knowledge. His install crew also was professional and did a great job completing the work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone for service or replacement equipment
Kent was fantastic! They were called the first day of frigid temperatures this week, and had a new furnace installed and running the next day. While the price was a little higher, it's about average for professional HVAC service, and I feel much better having invested in something warrantied that they can service at any time.
