This has to be the most unprofessional Staff I have ever came across!! Very Rude and Disrespectful!!!, including the Manager!! I hope that Dr. Hatfield will soon recognize before he lose's Patient's! I think I will stick to staying at Hatfield on Gilbert & Baseline they seem to have it together!! Staff are extremely friendly and courteous. Only gave 1 star due to not letting me submit this review if I was able to I woul have not gave this a star at ALL!!
Dr. Hatfield has been our family's primary care for about a year. We mostly went to see him for referrals (mole removal, infertility, etc). After he removed my wife's ingrown toenails last year they immediately grew back. After a lot of communication, they refuse to give us a referral without us returning (to confirm they in fact grew back?). The referral they gave for mole removal also expired and they want me to come back in though the moles are now gone. I will not be coming back.
Always provides great service! He makes sure he understands you and you fully understand him and treatment recommend. Can usually get in to see him quickly. Recommend him all the time.
