Simple telehealth visit to discuss blood work. Was quick, and accomplished what was needed. Dr Hatfield is great!
Yes. Visit was enlightening and helpful. All questions were answered. Everyone was cordial.
I have NEVER been able to get ANYONE on the phone over there...not to make an appointment, not to ask a question, not to pay a bill! Also, their website is abysmal, very pretty but unnavigable. The Pay Bill screen comes up with zero information and jumps to another site. That said, I'm not sure I ever met Dr Hatfield himself, but his PA Gary always seemed competent. I just always had to DRIVE to the office to MAKE the appointment, because THEY NEVER ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!!
I’ve seen Dr Hatfield three times. At first I was so grateful to have a dr that would listen. On 8/27 I was sent to Smile on Rome to have a mammogram, although I informed him I only do my images at Simon Med. He said he send his patients to Smile. I went because I’d had cancer in my left breast in 2003. They told me my images were clean. One week later I had a CT Scan of my abdomen. It showed a mass in my RIGHT breast. Wow!
